The pod itself is small as you would expect but a decent size for a couple and has high quality finishing.   Myself and my partner had spent lots of time trying to find the perfect place to stay on Harris and wowsers did we find it with Tony and Sharon's beautiful... read more chalet. On the day of our arrival Tony and Sharon kept in touch with us to make sure our arrival was seemless and it really was. Tony and Sharon are two of the kindest people we have met, we had become engaged the previous night and upon sharing this news we arrived to a bottle of prosecco from Tony and Sharon to celebrate with which was such a kind gesture. The chalet itself is stunning, the views are breath taking, the place is spotlessly clean, there is everything you would ever need and the hot tub is a real treat. There are binoculars to watch the wildlife from the chalet and this became one of our favourite things to do during our stay, we saw seals and birds of prey from the comfort of the sofa in the chalet. A short walk down to the shore line from the chalet and we were met with 3 amazing seals swimming and sunbathing which really was a highlight to be so close to these amazing animals. There are two lochs behind the chalet perfect for a walk and explore especially when you are returning to homemade venison burgers and partridge sausages (make sure to ask Tony and Sharon if they have any... The final experience of note for us was star gazing from the chalet's decked area in the evenings, we genuinely had never seen stars like it, there are so many and even the northern lights made an appearance during our stay!!

Overall this place is an absolute dream holiday destination. 30 minutes from the stunning beaches of Luskentyre and Seilebost for a day at the beach followed by a cold beverage in the hot tub surrounded by absolute peace and tranquility.

Tony and Sharon are both wonderfully kind people, give their chalet a try you will NOT be dissapointed!!!!! More

It was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy!

The location is great. Far enough away from the local town that it is peaceful and quiet, but close enough that everything you need is on hand.
It’s set in beautiful hills, after walking for only a few minutes we felt we were the only people around for miles!
It’s also right on the coast with a beautiful sea view!
