It’s a lovely secluded location which is perfect for a getaway. Being able to stargaze in the hot tub really was the icing on the cake.

It was good to let the cares of the World drain away and just sit and watch that World pass by. We loved the hot tub.   Having had to cancel in 2020 and again in 2021 Tony the owner has been fantastic letting us know he was unable to open in may due to on going... read more upgrades and new pod and hot tube also new electrics. He arranged other sites for us, we really like the flodabay site with the seals in the bay and the otters on the land I can highly recommend flodabay when Tony opens in the next month or so please contact Tony you won't be disappointed. Tony also arranged fitting of a new mirror on our vehicle. It was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy!

The location is great. Far enough away from the local town that it is peaceful and quiet, but close enough that everything you need is on hand.
It’s set in beautiful hills, after walking for only a few minutes we felt we were the only people around for miles!
It’s also right on the coast with a beautiful sea view!

A great place to use as a base as you can get all over the islands with stunning veiws every way you go .

Tony and Sharon were always on hand to give advice about where to eat , where to kayak or swim. The chalet itself was finished to a high standard and had everything required for a short break. The hot tub was a lovely addition and the perfect place to sit in the evening to relax and take in the beautiful views. This was our first trip to Harris but it certainly wont be our last ! He had also prepared some breakfast snacks for us for the next day (the place is around 20-30min drive from the nearest shop). The pod itself is small as you would expect but a decent size for a couple and has high quality finishing. The hot tub was an absolute delight, with a view over the ocean and we even managed to get a glimpse of the eagles riding the thermals using the binoculars Tony left us. Would definitely recommend!
