A great place to use as a base as you can get all over the islands with stunning veiws every way you go .

  Our first trip to the Western Isles and we were planning on camping for most of the trip, but thought we'd treat ourselves to a bed and breakfast for my... read more other half's birthday. Came across Tony and Sharon's website, and they offered their luxury chalet - they had us at the words 'hot tub'. On arrival Tony met us for a very thorough explanation of where everything was, and how everything worked, including the much anticipated hot tub, and very importantly the TV (Sky channels included) that rises from the bottom of the bed! The place was immaculate, with everything you needed for the stay - hob, oven, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils and the cutest chopping boards imaginable! The chess board based on the famous Lewis chess pieces was another lovely touch. Tony and Sharon were kind enough to include a breakfast pack for my other half's birthday, and he enjoyed a fry up on each of the morning we were there - the venison sausages were out of this world. This was easily the nicest, most luxurious, most awe inspiring place I have ever stayed. The views from the chalet are breathtaking - we enjoyed using the binoculars provided to try and birdwatch. There are two lochs to wander around right near by. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Tony and Sharon are so lovely and welcoming, and so kind to post back a jacket that...   Stayed here for 3 nights and WOW what a place! I have travelled far and wide and words actually failed me when we pulled up to the long windy road... read more upto the wee lodge! Seafood to die for and all just a phone call away and delivered any time 24/7! Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for this family run oasis! Booked for 2 weeks as we left! WOW!

It was good to let the cares of the World drain away and just sit and watch that World pass by. We loved the hot tub. It is spotlessly clean, immaculately kept, quality throughout, comfy and... read more cosy. "Everything" you need is there and even thoughtful wee touches like extra towels for the hot tub. The reference book was used often, very helpful and up to date. The hot tub in the evening was "truly wonderful"
Tony, your welcome was so warm and your understanding of our ferry re routing and trying to help whilst we got everything sorted was appreciated.
We'd love to come back again. In the meantime..continue doing what you're doing for your guests and providing your great customer service.
